The City of Amboy contracts with an LJP Waste Solutions.  Everyone within the community is required to have garbage collection and all residential customers are required to have recycling collection.

Garbage and Recycling pickup is weekly on Mondays.

Rate Increase, by LJP - effective January 1, 2025

64 Gallon      $15.60 monthly - $46.80 quarter

Reduced 64   $13.90 monthly - $41.70 quarter

35 Gallon       $13.10 monthly - $39.30 quarter

Reduced 35    $11.60 monthly - $34.80 quarter

Recycling         $ 5.40 monthly - $16.80 quarter

Garbage Tags $2.35 each
