The City of Amboy contracts with Mapleton Police Department  We as a city are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our citizens through professionally supported and trained police offers. Officers strive to provide an environment that will allow citizens to live and work in a safe and secure community.  Mapleton police department work closely with the Maple River School District and know many of the families and students in the Amboy area.
